The Continuous Supported Self-Care Program (CSS-CP) is a Topeka based VA Mental Health Intensive Case Management program. CSS-CP/MHICM provides a wide range of services to veterans with several and persistent mental illness to help them increase their level of independence and achieve optimal success in the community.
