Telehealth
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is technology that allows you to access medical services in your own home, or at a nearby VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). It helps ensure Veterans get the right care in the right place at the right time.
Telehealth is convenient, simple flexible and confidential.
Telehealth instantly connects you with a health care provider who is at another location either via secure video or a health monitoring device like a blood pressure monitor hooked to your home phone. These connections allows for real-time interaction between you and a provider, or allows your provider to store and save your records for review at a later time.
