If you have received a letter stating that you need to make an appointment, please call our Scheduling Unit at 1-800-574-8387 (Topeka) or 1-800-952-8387 (Leavenworth) and press "1" for assistance
Changing Your Appointment
For a listing of your current appointments, please call the Medical Center at 1-800-574-8387 (Topeka) or 1-800-952-8387 (Leavenworth) and press “2” .
If you cannot keep an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware you cannot make your appointment. This will allow us to reschedule you sooner as well as schedule one of your fellow veterans for the original appointment date and time. Call our Scheduling Unit at 1-800-574-8387 (Topeka) or 1-800-952-8387 (Leavenworth) and press “1” or call the individual clinic.

If you have questions concerning your health care and need to talk with a nurse, please contact our Telephone Care Program at 1-800-574-8387 ext 54555. For more information on those services, you may visit our website.
You may contact our Crisis Intervention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255 if you are having thoughts of suicide or harm to yourself or others.
